The Food Production course is aimed at getting you ready for a career as a 5 Star Chef. The course will endeavour to lay a strong foundation in Indian, Chinese & Continental cuisines. The course will take you on a creative, learning journey through topics such as: Methods of Cooking, Soups & Sauces, Meats, Fish, Vegetables, Bakery, Spices, as well as Menu Planning. The emphasis will be on intensive practical training in our modern, well equipped training kitchen. There will be frequent value additions from our Group senior chefs during this one year course.
